This guide provides guidance on the specific data collection needs for the Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS) indicator. It
assumes that these questions will be part of a population-based survey instrument and will be applied to all the households in the sample.
The HDDS is used as a proxy measure of the socio-economic level
of the household.
